Delete Your Data

Voiact is committed to giving you full control over your data. This page explains how to revoke third-party access, delete your account, and request permanent deletion of all data associated with your account.
1. Revoke Google Access
You can disconnect your Google account (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive) from Voiact at any time using either of the following methods:
Option A: From the Voiact Dashboard
- Log in to your Voiact account.
- Navigate to Dashboard > Integrations.
- Locate the Gmail, Google Calendar, or Google Drive integration card.
- Click 'Disconnect'.
This will immediately revoke Voiact's access tokens and delete them from our systems.
Option B: From Your Google Account
- Go to myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Find 'Voiact' in the list of third-party apps.
- Click 'Remove Access'.
This revokes Voiact's access at the Google level. Note that stored tokens in Voiact will become invalid immediately, but to ensure they are also deleted from our database, please also disconnect from the Voiact dashboard or contact us.
2. Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your Voiact account and all associated data:
- Log in to your Voiact account.
- Navigate to Dashboard > Settings.
- Scroll to the 'Delete Account' section.
- Click 'Delete My Account' and confirm.
Account deletion will permanently remove:
- Your user profile and account credentials
- All integration connections (Trello, Telegram, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive)
- All stored OAuth tokens (encrypted tokens are permanently deleted)
- Command history and usage data
- Subscription and billing association (payment records retained by Paddle as required by law)
- All automations, reminders, and settings
This action is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
3. Request Data Deletion via Email
If you are unable to access your account or prefer to request deletion manually, you may contact us directly:
- Send an email to info@voiact.com
- Include the email address associated with your Voiact account
- State that you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data
We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation once all data has been deleted.
4. What Data Is Deleted
Upon account deletion or a verified data deletion request, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:
- Account information (email, name, profile)
- All encrypted OAuth tokens for Trello, Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive
- Telegram account association
- Command history and AI interaction logs
- Usage statistics and request counts
- Scheduled automations and reminder settings
- Feedback submissions
4.1 Data We Do Not Store
The following data is never stored by Voiact and therefore does not require deletion:
- Email message bodies or attachments (processed in memory only)
- Google Calendar event content (processed in memory only)
- Google Drive file content (processed in memory only)
- Your Google, Trello, or Telegram passwords
4.2 Data Retained After Deletion
Certain data may be retained after account deletion as required by law:
- Payment transaction records (retained by Paddle, our payment processor, as required by financial regulations)
- Anonymized, aggregated usage statistics that cannot be linked to your identity
