1.2. USER

The person or organization who subscribes to and pays for the Voiact service.

2. SUBJECT OF AGREEMENT

This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the {{PRODUCT_NAME}} digital subscription service offered by the SERVICE PROVIDER through the {{DOMAIN}} website, in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 6502) and Distance Contracts Regulation.

3. SERVICE INFORMATION

3.1. Service Name

Digital subscription service (SaaS - Software as a Service)

3.3. Service Content

  • Creating, updating, and managing Trello cards with voice commands
  • Natural language processing and AI-powered command recognition
  • Trello API integration
  • Web and mobile application access (depending on platform features)

3.4. Subscription Periods and Pricing

Voiact is offered with the following subscription plans. All prices are in USD ($), and the TRY equivalent is calculated by iyzico at the time of payment:

Free Trial: First 15 days free (10 commands/day limit, no credit card required)

Pro Plan:

  • Monthly: $15/month (unlimited commands)
  • Yearly: $150/year ($12.50/month - 2 months free)

Business Plan:

  • Monthly: $45/month (5 users, team management)
  • Yearly: $450/year ($37.50/month - 2 months free)

There is no automatic charging after the free trial period ends. You must manually select a plan to purchase a subscription. Prices are in USD and charged at the current TRY exchange rate at the time of payment.

4. GENERAL PROVISIONS

4.1. Contract Formation

The contract is deemed to be established after the USER confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this agreement on the payment page and completes the payment.

4.2. Payment

Payments are made via credit card or debit card through the iyzico secure payment system. The SERVICE PROVIDER does not store payment information; all financial transactions are carried out by iyzico.

4.3. Service Activation

After successful payment completion, your service access is automatically activated. Your account information will be sent to you by email.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

5.1. Digital Content Exception

IMPORTANT: According to Article 15 of Law No. 6502 and Article 15/g of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services performed instantly in electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.

Voiact is a digital subscription service that becomes accessible immediately after payment. Therefore, the right of withdrawal expires once the service starts being used.

5.2. Cancellation and Refund

While there is no right of withdrawal after the service has started being used, you can cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. No refund is made for the used period.

Free Trial Period: No charges are made during the first 15-day free trial period and no credit card information is required. There is no automatic transition to a paid plan at the end of the trial period.

6. DELIVERY

As this is a digital service, there is no physical delivery. Service access is provided instantly in electronic environment after payment confirmation.

7. SERVICE PROVIDER'S OBLIGATIONS

  • To provide the service in accordance with the agreement and technical specifications
  • To ensure the security of user data
  • To provide technical support
  • To notify service interruptions in advance (scheduled maintenance)
  • To comply with KVKK and relevant legislation

8. USER'S OBLIGATIONS

  • To provide accurate and current information
  • To ensure the security of account information
  • To use the service in accordance with laws
  • To pay subscription fees on time
  • To comply with terms of use

9. SERVICE CONTINUITY AND LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

The SERVICE PROVIDER makes efforts to provide uninterrupted and error-free service, but cannot be held responsible for interruptions caused by internet connection, third-party APIs (Trello), or force majeure events.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Voiact software, brand, logo, and all content are the property of {{COMPANY_NAME}}. Users may not reverse engineer, copy, or distribute the software.

11. CONTRACT DURATION AND TERMINATION

  • The contract is valid for the selected subscription period
  • If auto-renewal is active, the subscription automatically renews at the end of the period
  • Users can cancel the subscription at any time (effective at the end of the current period)
  • The SERVICE PROVIDER may terminate the subscription in case of violation of terms of use

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

For disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees are authorized up to the value determined annually in December by the Ministry of Customs and Trade, and Consumer Courts for disputes above this value. This agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

13. EFFECTIVENESS

This agreement comes into effect upon the USER's electronic approval and completion of payment. The SERVICE PROVIDER reserves the right to change the terms of the agreement by giving prior notice.
