Delivery and Return Terms

1. DELIVERY TERMS

1.1. Service Type

{{PRODUCT_NAME}} is a digital subscription service. There is no physical product or delivery involved. The service is provided electronically via the internet.

1.2. Service Activation

After your payment is successfully completed:

  • Your account is automatically activated
  • An activation email is sent to the email address you provided during registration
  • Your account details and login instructions are sent via email
  • Immediate access to the service is provided (typically within 5 minutes under normal conditions)

1.3. Access Time

After payment processing is complete, service access is usually provided instantly. In case of delays due to bank approval processes or technical reasons, your access will be activated within a maximum of 24 hours.

2. RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

2.1. Digital Content Exception

IMPORTANT: According to Article 15 of the Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 6502) and Article 15/g of the Distance Contracts Regulation:

"Services performed instantly in electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer" are not eligible for the right of withdrawal.

Since Voiact service is a digital subscription that becomes accessible immediately after payment, the right of withdrawal expires once the service starts being used.

2.2. Pre-Payment Information

On the payment page, you are clearly informed about the following before purchasing the service:

  • Service features and scope
  • Subscription period and price
  • The fact that the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised
  • Cancellation and refund policy

By completing the payment, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

2.3. Subscription Cancellation

While there is no right of withdrawal, you can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Cancellation can be done from your account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period
  • Your access to the service continues until the end of the period you cancelled
  • No fee refund is made for the used period
  • Auto-renewal is stopped after cancellation

2.4. Refund Requests (Exceptional Cases)

Your refund request may be evaluated in the following situations:

  • Technical Failure: Complete inability to use the service and failure to resolve the issue
  • Duplicate Payment: Accidentally making multiple payments for the same subscription
  • Unauthorized Transaction: Credit card theft or unauthorized use

Apply to {{LEGAL_EMAIL}} for refund requests. Requests are evaluated within 5 business days.

2.5. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  • The refund is made to the credit card/account you used for payment
  • The refund process is completed within 7-14 business days (depending on bank processes)
  • Your account access is closed after the refund

3. PAYMENT ISSUES AND DISPUTES

3.1. Payment Error

If a technical error occurs during payment or if the payment is deducted from your account but the service is not activated, please immediately notify {{LEGAL_EMAIL}}.

3.2. Credit Card Disputes

In case of unauthorized transaction or incorrect charging:

  • First contact us
  • You can initiate a dispute with your bank/card
  • Be prepared to provide necessary documents (account statement, transaction notification, etc.)

4. AUTO-RENEWAL

If your subscription is purchased with auto-renewal option:

  • It automatically renews at the end of the period
  • A reminder email is sent before renewal (at least 3 days in advance)
  • You can turn off auto-renewal from your account settings
  • Turning off affects the next period, not the current period

5. SERVICE INTERRUPTION AND COMPENSATION

In case of unplanned and prolonged service interruptions (more than 24 hours), your subscription period will be extended by the duration of the interruption. The interruption is compensated, but no monetary refund is made.

6. ACCOUNT CLOSURE

If you wish to permanently close your account:

  • Send a written request to {{LEGAL_EMAIL}}
  • Subscription is cancelled and the account is closed at the end of the current period
  • Your personal data is deleted in accordance with KVKK (except for legal retention periods)
  • No fee refund is made after account closure

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In case of disputes regarding delivery or returns, Consumer Arbitration Committees are authorized up to the value determined by the Ministry of Customs and Trade, and Consumer Courts for amounts above this value.
