IMPORTANT: Voiact does NOT store credit card numbers, CVV codes, or other payment card information in any way. All payment transactions are securely processed by the PCI-DSS compliant iyzico payment system. Your payment information is transmitted directly to iyzico servers and does not pass through our systems.

Your personal data is only shared with third parties in the following cases:
- iyzico: For processing payment transactions

Your personal data is retained for the duration of the service contract and as long as required by our legal retention obligations (tax legislation, etc.). When you close your account, your data (except for legal obligations) will be deleted within 90 days.
